What is nicer than walking through the oldest botanical garden of the Netherlands and enjoying spring? We would love to think that being able to buy special plants and handmade items at the same time. Once a year there is a plant market in the oldest (and to our opinion) and most beautiful botanical garden in Leiden, NL. This year Wieteke Opmeer was asked to not only attend this market to sell her unique handmade items, but to also give two workshops.

Wieteke Opmeer and Caro de Bruin will be present at the plant market in the botanical garden in Leiden. At this market Wieteke Opmeer en Caro de Bruin will be selling all kinds of handmade items ranging from thorn needles and screen printed tote bags to hand bound booklets, cards and stamps. The market is accessible through the entrance of the botanical garden. The entrance fee gives access to the garden as  the plantmarket. There is also a very nice cafe for refreshments, making it the perfect weekend outing.

Next to selling beautiful handcrafted items Wieteke and Caro will also be giving two workshops in hand carving botanical stamps. check out more information on the workshops at the workshop event
