These fish leather items are made from fish skins that are usually considered waste. The specific fish skins for this collection are from a small local fish shop run by a family. The small shop sells mostly fish derived from the north sea (which is very close). The fish skins are tanned by hand with natural materials that are environmentally friendly, the leather is hand softened to create a soft but strong and durable leather.

On request there are workshops available in natural tanning fish leather.
